About the role
As a Developer, you’ll be doing custom dev, integrating and coming up with technical solutions for websites (Webflow), eCom (Shopify) and occasional custom apps. You'll mostly be doing the more unique, quirky and creative technical work to support the team who're building the frontend, content and doing design, that includes understanding what a client is trying to achieve on briefs big and small, exploring the smartest way to solve it with the simplest code & reducing dependencies. You care about reflecting the design as closely as possible, and appreciate design feedback to create a refined, on brand user experience.
The majority of the development work is in the frontend (JS/CSS), database config / logic and integrations. You could argue the role is frontend, with some full stack and integration aspects. That's because we regularly integrate with Google Workspace, Zapier, Klaviyo, Hubspot, Mailchimp, Google Tag Manager and range of web/conversion tracking apps, Airtable. You'll be structing databases defining the logic for sorting, filters and integrations with third party tools. You need to be able to learn basics of each platform's APIs and how those tools can improve clients workflows and the users experience.
While you focus on Development, you’ll collaborate with our core team who’ll help manage the client, create engaging copy, identify technical requirements & design. If you’d like to lean into any of those areas we’d be more than happy to make that work for you.
For this role we’re seeking a Developer with 4 or more years experience in frontend development.

The team celebrated each team member’s “greatest hits”, wins, learnings, and you heard a transparent overview of how we’re tracking financially.
