Gewürzhaus were keen to understand their customer better, creating segments to build a targeted marketing strategy. They were also ready to update their website to create an excellent ecommerce experience.
The middle
Through customer research (survey, 1:1 interviews, store visit observations) and ecommerce customer data analysis we tested brand perception and gained key audience behavioural insights. Next we devised a strategy and website to inspire more conversions using Shopify, optimised UX design, and integrated technology.

The new Gewürzhaus website improved their customers’ experience, improved new acquisitions and made management easier. The customer research provided four clear customer segments and priorities for growth. Ultimately, our work helped to establish a foundation for growth.
